Having passed through several different tasks and employers, I have acquired diversified information in several fields of work. In a nutshell I can say that at the moment my technical skills and competences are found below- Plan, execute and analyze several laboratory mechanical tests, such as tensile, bend and hardness testing- Laboratory technical management- Execute and analyze proficiency testing in the scope of mechanical testing- Plan, coordinate, and execute proof loading tests of several equipment, such as rigging equipment, winches, cranes, hoists- Management of lifting and rigging equipment periodic inspections and testing- Responsible for the implementation of several equipment, follow up during its warranty period and also for the commissioning. I also worked in the retrofit of systems and equipments onboard some Naval Units (NU)- Mechanical vibration collecting and monitoring of onboard rotating equipment and propulsion systems, and later analysis of the data collected with specific software- Thermography inspections to the ship electrical power mainframe with the use of an infrared camera. Specialties: 1 - Quality Assurance and Quality Control tasks; 2 - Laboratory management and tensile, bend and hardness testing; 3 - Welding procedures and welders qualification (Lab. tensile and bend testing); 4- Proof load testing static and dynamic (lifting and rigging equipment); 5- Design, commissioning, retrofit of ship ancillary systems (piping, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, power generation); 6 - Predictive maintenance techniques (mechanical vibrations collect and analysis, thermography inspections).
