About Pedro Cunha

As the Technical Leader for Telephony at CAIXA, I successfully led the implementation of Teams Phone across branches, supporting employees nationwide. My role encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from strategic planning to deployment and daily operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimized communication solutions.Throughout this journey, I maintained strong collaboration with CAIXA’s strategic areas, treating them as internal clients and working continuously to enhance connectivity. My mission was to improve how the Brazilian population interacts with CAIXA, making communication more agile, accessible, and efficient. This initiative was recognized by Microsoft as a success case, serving as a benchmark for other companies aiming to revolutionize their telecommunications infrastructure. With a proactive and customer-centric approach, I ensured smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.I believe in the power of continuous learning and embrace a growth mindset, adopting the philosophy of being a learn-it-all instead of a know-it-all. Success is built not on having all the answers, but on the ability to adapt, learn, and grow through experiences. By remaining curious and open to new insights, I continuously refine strategies, enhance technological solutions, and lead transformative projects that drive innovation.
