About Pedro da Silva

My role is to partner with the product management and the engineering teams to design solutions, create user flows, prototype solutions, and oversee the building process. At Avid, I was Pre-Sales Solution Architect, designing and selling asset management (MAM) solutions for broadcasters all over the world. And before that, as Solution Architect, I was in charge of the project's design and the delivery. Before joining Avid, I worked 8 years for TF1, France’s leading general-interest channel, and 4 years for M6, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann, group centred on broadcasting on various platforms, advertising and diversification activities. My area of expertise covers: media asset management (MAM), acquisition and management of broadcast licenses, program planning & scheduling, playlist management, media planning, music scheduling, news scheduling and digital asset management (DAM). I'm a specialist in business requirements capture and design of IT systems integration.
