I have gained solid experience over the years in N1, N2, and N3 support for both national and international clients. During my 6 years of work in the IT field, I have had the opportunity to develop skills in Access Management, API Analysis, Incident Management, and System Monitoring. Additionally, I have worked on creating Dashboards on the ServiceNow Platform, always seeking to improve operational efficiency. I am a versatile professional who strives to stay updated with different methodologies and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Atlassian, Azure, Active Directory, PowerShell, 1Password, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Oracle, Chime, GitHub, CISCO, Symantec, McAfee, Postman, SAP, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. I am aware that there is always more to learn, and I am open to new knowledge and technologies. I have some knowledge of C# programming logic (C Sharp), having had an introduction to game development. I also have knowledge of web languages such as PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (Bootstrap), JSON.NET, Swift, and Framework, as well as Android Java, although I am aware that there is always room for growth in these areas. I have gained experience in querying and modeling MySQL databases, as well as in assembling and maintaining computers. I have had the opportunity to work with Linux and Windows operating systems. I acknowledge that there is always more to learn, and I am open to new challenges and growth opportunities.
