About Pedro Fernandes

With a solid foundation in quality engineering and a mission to uphold the highest standards of product excellence, I have been meticulously ensuring compliance with quality protocols at Purem by Eberspächer. My expertise in VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, and IATF 16949, coupled with a rigorous approach to continuous improvement, positions me to contribute effectively to our team’s success. We are committed to aligning with the company's mission to deliver superior quality products and my role allows for the integration of diverse methodologies to enhance our workflow. Since joining Purem by Eberspächer in May 2024, I have been proactive in conducting process and product audits, analyzing KPIs, and reporting critical insights that drive strategic decisions. My hands-on experience in creating work instructions, controlling process flow, and executing measurement system analysis (MSA) and risk management (PFMEA) has been instrumental in our pursuit of excellence. We have successfully leveraged these skills, acquired from my previous role as a Quality Engineer at Olympus Medical Products Portugal, to foster an environment of proactive problem-solving and quality assurance.
