About Pedro Geraldes

Working as a Squad Leader, my focus is to mentor and coach the team not only on technical matters but also in Agile practices adoption, customer's service continual improvement, automation and Site Reliability Engineering. Have also been working on automation initiatives including Ansible platform and squad tools integration, automating processes and providing squads an improved working environment, producing automated reports and insights shared with clients. My background comes mostly from working on outsourcing projects, with a long experience as Technical Specialist, Technical Leader and Service Integration Leader in Infrastructure Distributed Services. I've also worked on Transition & Transformation projects, partnering and earning customer advocacy from customers related to Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and Industry sectors. I'm also very keen on learning, always with the goal of improving my technical and leadership skills.
