During 25 years in RRA he has had the opportunity to lead RRA operations in Spain (2003-2013) or Brazil (2016-2019), be a member of the World Executive Committee (2013-2016), as well as participate in different Committees, sectors and practices, highlighting the Appointments Committee (2010-2013 / 2016-2020), the Operations Committees of Europe (2003-2013) or Americas (2016-2019), as well as opening the offices of Dubai or Miami; or more recently leading the Family Business practice globally. He also launched European Leisure & Hospitality Practice at the beginning of decade. Previous Experience Prior to joining RRA, Pedro spent four years as CEO of Gespalets (GKN Group) and was also a member of the Board. During his mandate he multiple 10x initial Investment for shareholders. Earlier, he served as an Investment Director at Axis (BBVA private equity). He began his career as a strategy consultant at Arthur D Little. During the course of his career, he has been member of 18 different boards like Maninvest, SOS, Esteban Espuña, Acuinova, EdP, Gespalets, Animatica, Trefinos, Vega Mayor (Florette) Corre-Corre etc. with special focus in Big Consumer Sector. Education Pedro holds a business degree from the University of Deusto as well as an M.B.A. from IESE Business School, including a semester at The Wharton Business School.
