Pedro Guizzo, CFA, PMP Partner IVIX Value Creation - I am a Partner and co-founder of IVIX Value Creation, a financial restructuring, M&A and management turnaround consulting firm in Brazil. I have over 15 years of experience working with M&A advisory, financial restructuring, management turnaround & interim management, Private Equity, Investor Relations, and entrepreneurship - summing over R$10 billion of transactions and debt restructured in Brazil and abroad. Throughout my career I have either conducted investments or advised clients in industries that include: airline, specialty chemicals, mining, specialty minerals, steel, micronutrients, soy, corn, sugar & ethanol, milk, animal feed, restaurants & food service, specialty retail, luxury retail, commercial refrigeration, computers & electronics, wireless services, mobile technologies, port terminals, auto industry, engineering services, civil construction and real estate. My clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune Global 500 companies, with great experience built on middle-market companies. I have a B.A. in Business Administration with emphasis in economics and financial markets from EAESP-FGV, Brazil’s most traditional Business School, with a MBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, hold a CFA charter, world’s most renowned financial credential, as well as being a certified Project Management Professional by PMI. I am also a member of the Brazilian CFA Society and of the CFA Institute, member of Conselho Regional de Administração de São Paulo and an Authorized Portfolio Manager by Brazilian's securities and exchange commission (CVM).
