About Pedro Iglesias

My biggest interest since I started the Business Administration graduation was to become a trainee in a company that provides a dynamic environment and encourages the learning and developing processes of their professionals.I had a voluntary experience working for AIESEC as a Selection Coordinator, in which I had a leadership experience and had contributed to the goals of the organization: developing people through office work and exchanges experiences. I also had an exchange experience of 10 months in London to improve my English, because I believed that I would get to know and work with people from all over the world.During working in AIESEC, I was involved in the organization planning, marketing planning, using strategic tools as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, Porter´s five forces, During working in AIESEC, I was involved in the organization planning, marketing planning, using strategic tools as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, Porter´s five forces, and then I was certain it was what I want to do for life: to help such companies to reach its goals; to build the bases of the company; to structure the company process; and summarizing to help people to solve their problems.
