I am an aerospace engineer experienced in the wind energy sector.At present I am working for SIEMENS GAMESA as a project manager in Product Integration for the Technology department, developing the position of focal point between Technology and all different regions worldwide, managing engineering solutions in construction, commissioning and service phases, and also being 8D cases Leader.On the most recent stage of my career, I worked as a mechanical engineer for SIEMENS GAMESA with the subcontractor ISATI. Leading projects for validation of new components and systems, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), solving design problems, new tooling systems design, retrofits, etc.Previously, I worked for HINE in China, as a project engineer and manager in several projects for a multinational company specializing in wind turbines hydraulic systems, where I helped to develop from scratch new prototypes for targeted strategic customers, getting prototypes validations, PPAP and pre-series contracts. Being those presently in mass production. Amongst other functions, I performed tasks as team coordinator responsible to achieve projects goals. Being the link between headquarters and the subsidiary company and having direct communication with the clients engineering department. In addition, I was in charge of carrying out all previous testing validation, maint. and cx. instructions.I’m also experienced as an aerospace engineer intern for the Spanish Military Air Force, where I helped to carry out a project of improvement for the aircraft F/A-18 Hornet.Before studying at university, I worked as, a car mechanic, as a specialist at production line in a factory of OEM spare parts, and in a testing & geotechnical laboratory collecting and testing concrete samples of wind turbines footings.My whole academic background is in the aerospace sector, especially in propulsion systems and fluid-mechanics. I focused my thesis on analysis of combustion with CFD software and the design of compressors and turbines. Therefore, I am capable to conduct scientific projects, research and design of experiments, especially about these subjects.I am familiarized to work with software like Catia V5, MatLab, Simulink, Ansys, OpenFoam, Power BI, SAP, PLM-WindChill and Team Center.Currently I am studying an online Master in Renewable Energies with Nebrija University and IMF Business SchoolHighlight, that studying and working almost 5 years in China in an international environment, has allowed me to acquire strong soft skills and to be capable of adapting to any atmosphere and work culture.
