Currently, I oversee accreditation activities for educational institutions at Accreditation Canada, guiding clients through the accreditation process. My background includes managing portfolios of clients across various sectors, delivering educational programs, and conducting quality improvement projects. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, complemented by certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Successfully Managing People and Indigenous Cultural Safety. Skilled in data analysis, project management, and advanced computer software, I excel in both virtual and on-site environments. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with some knowledge of Spanish, I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
