Skilled in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Estate Tax Planning, Tax Law, Joint Ventures, and Legal Advice. Strong legal professional with a Post-graduation focused in Tax Law/Taxation from Universidade de Lisboa. Pedro Manuel began his professional career at Deloitte in Tax Consultancy department. He has collaborated with Vieira de Almeida & Associados, Law Firm, where he was responsible for several tax consulting matters, with special relevance for private wealth restructuring as well as corporate restructuring. He has then collaborated with Bank MillenniumBCP in the tax department, where he was legal consultant to the managing board as well as responsible for the worldwide expatriates from the MillenniumBCP Group. He collaborated with DLA PIPER Portugal / ABBC, Law Firm, where he was part of the Private Wealth Management department and M&A department in strict connection with DLA PIPER offices worldwide. In Augusto 2015 Pedro Manuel founded his own law office, focusing on corporate and tax matters. Pedro was also a guest lecturer at ISG - Business and Economics School, for three years, teaching practical classes of taxation in the Management BA.
