About Pedro Matos

Acting on the Technology and Costumer Service market for nearly three years. In my first experience, I spent almost two years working and managing Projects on Data Center’s all over São Paulo and Chile. The experience mostly consisted in projects that were focused on “Installing devices and Cabling Data center services”, which included building servers for new costumers. I used to made a lot of cabling and devices troubleshooting as well, once the costumer’s had problems while doing the logical validation. Always worked on costumer’s environment, and I had the opportunity to learn and develop my communication and leadership abilities. Then I went on a journey very risk, willing to take a step back but, looking into the future. I went on a internship job, as a Help Desk Analyst. I used to work with internal costumer’s, helping and supporting, making troubleshooting on: Software tools, VPN (Virtual Private Network), Physical Laptop’s, web browser’s. All this requests were made via the Jira Software, so i have a briefly experienced this software.Currently, I work as a Service Desk Analyst (Mid) at Ascenty. My job is to provide support and the first talking to all of our costumers. Our main ticket software is: Service Now, which allows us to receive all the costumer’s requests and incidents reports.Managing tickets SLA’S, supporting costumer’s by e-mail, leading tech call’s and making translating for internal areas.
