Looking back into my career I can say that the constant trend was Change. To Change my academic path from a more technical and audiovisual route to a broader communication and public relations degree with a focus on social media and digital environment. To Change between micro (InstoreTV), medium (Verylight/JLCAV) and big companies (Parque Expo/Accenture) and all the challenges that each and every size organization mean in terms of delivering what was expected. To Change between roles and responsibility from technician and analyst to team leader in Audiovisual and Operations context, to learn and share knowledge, to fail and to achieve goals as an individual and as a leader. To help others Change by mentoring in the teams that I worked on and had the pleasure to witness them grow in their careers and develop their skills. Those that work in fast pace changing environments, as I do, know that you have to be a resilient hard worker individual to continually deliver the best of you and take ownership with what you compromise yourself to do. You must like to learn and reinvent yourself, adapt and continuously improve to have the tools to deal with problems, to identify patterns and issues and help create alternative ways to achieve yours and the client’s expectation. You must take great satisfaction on being able to change not only you but others that crossed your path. This is the way.
