These skills enable me to play a vital role in safeguarding financial systems and promoting responsible gaming practices within the industry and into my day to day job tasks. Previously, I had the privilege to work at GO as a dedicated Technical Support Specialist on a full-time basis while pursuing my studies at MCAST. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also provided a fertile ground to cultivate essential job skills such as effective communication, seamless teamwork, adept problem-solving, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Beyond the tech realm, I am proudly trilingual, proficient in English, Maltese, and Italian—facilitating smooth communication across diverse linguistic landscapes.
