Senior business/project/process/change manager with IT/engineering background, MBA, plus +15 years of work experience across different industries (transportation, telecommunications, real estate and consulting), departments and countries. Multidisciplinary professional passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business. Since 2018 has been working with Process & Business Change as part of the Cargo Management Team (CMT) from IAG Cargo, the cargo handling division of the International Airlines Group (Iberia, British Airways, etc). Responsible to analyse, support and monitor the business process changes required by IAG Cargo strategic projects, designing new lean procedures adapted to infrastructure changes, new technology adoption, enhanced equipment and people change. From 2013 to 2016, has worked as a Product Manager in a Forbes Global company, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to disposal. Responsible for multiple ICT solutions (B2B), including Cloud Services (IaaS and SaaS), Internet of Things (IoT), Machine-to-Machine (M2M), Mobile Data Collection (MDC), Mobile Device Management (MDM), among others. Prior to Oi S.A, has worked in the Real Estate industry. Selected for the Graduate Program of BRMALLS, also a Forbes Global spent the first 2 years as an Inhouse Consultant mapping business processes, eliminating bottlenecks, managing risks, creating internal controls, performing internal audits and supporting external auditors. Promoted to Administration Manager, directly supervised a 6-people team responsible for accounts payable / receivable, billing, collections, human resources, payroll, compliance and financial reports of a midsize shopping centre. Sharpened by consulting experiences, has a holistic approach to business strategy and expertise integrating people, data, processes and business systems.
