I am a quality-oriented telecommunications engineer accredited by Engineers Australia, and passionate for project management. I believe that having an efficient communication and right attitude within the workplace is the key to successful achievements in any organization. Throughout my 6 years of experience with project management and telecommunications, I have maintained an attitude of support to team members, engineers, managers and directors for excellent project achievements. I have the competence to lead small and large teams, but I am also a good listener who values continuous learning and respects hierarchy. In this way, I had the opportunity to build relationships based on trust and commitment, which positively influenced the performance indicators of my previous professional experiences. Indeed, not only my previous overseas work but also Australian work experience includes telecommunications, management, and coordination in areas such as construction, telecommunications, energy industry, and project management would support a large range of businesses and their teamwork effectiveness. Therefore, I believe I could bring new points of view from my previous experience and relate this with my passion for challenging projects.
