About Pedro Reyna

PASSION + WHY = THRIVE I am a Powerful, Passionate, Committed Leader Passion-Driven, Purpose-Fueled, Visionary Leader I’ve spent the last 25 years as a VETERAN Entrepreneur and proud U.S. Coast Guard guardian, driven by a mission bigger than myself. I’m the founder of Alamo Paletas®.where every paleta carries purpose, every cart delivers joy, and every bite is a chance to create connection. I launched this flavor-packed movement in the middle of global chaos, but chaos couldn’t stop the dream. Because I’m not just building a business.I’m building bridges. Especially for dads like me, raising incredible kids with rare conditions like my son Jayce, my 8-year-old hero. He and my Daughters are my why the fuel for my daily dose of purpose. My fire! My motto? Live on Purpose. Run on Passion. Keep Moving Forward. And I do just that.every single day. Whether I’m hosting our monthly First Friday Paleta Contests, mentoring side hustlers through Dare to Chance, or igniting legacy-driven leadership through TRANSFORMATION Leadership trainings.I show up to move lives. Because this isn’t just about business. It’s about Living as Who You Are, not who you became. I am here to empower others to define success as happiness, to rise in leadership, to heal through connection, and to build better futures for themselves and their families. I believe in cultivating resilient minds, healthy bodies, and generational wealth.all fueled by connection, curiosity, compassion, bold possibility, and joy. I don’t just carry the mantra KMF — Keep Moving Forward — I live it. It’s not just ink on my skin…It’s stitched into my soul-Quotes to Live By- “Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee you leave change to chance; you chance never changing. If you seek change then Dare to Chance."- Live on Purpose, Run on Passion, and Keep Moving Forward. Do NOT allow anything or anyone to bring you down, not even yourself! KMF-
