I’m Pedro Rocha, and my mission is to drive societal transformation by democratizing access to intelligence, strategy, and foresight—using AI not to reinforce centralized power, but to empower the edges. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with startups, NGOs, governments, and communities to design futures that are not just possible—but regenerative, just, and community-led. As Founder of SageScan, I build AI systems that simulate human behavior across markets and foresight scenarios, helping people and organizations make better decisions — not based on status or scale, but on insight, intention, and inclusion.
