About Pedro Tack

With over 10 years of work experience in customer support-centric roles, I most recently worked as a Senior Customer Support Associate at STEMCELL Technologies, a global biotech company that provides products and services for life science research. I joined STEMCELL in July, 2021 and quickly rose to the senior position in February, 2022, thanks to my exceptional performance and dedication. I was responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for STEMCELL's customers, as well as managing and improving the customer service processes and systems. I have strong skills in customer success, customer service management, and new hire training/mentorship experience. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. I am also proficient in various software tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace and their associated Microsoft applications. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of customer support professionals, and I am always eager to learn new things and share my knowledge and expertise.
