Ensures execution of field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards. Controls project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources and contractors. In line with the site condition, estimate material quantities, equipment, manpower, and tools required and submit the requests for the Management’s approval. Prepares detailed site schedules and identifies/ assigns site manpower, machinery and tools. Follow-ups on delivery of site material on a daily and/or weekly basis. Daily inspection for the site to identifies the defects. Reports/Rectification to the team for the site inspections status. Represents the company on site in issues and co-ordinate with consultant to solve any defects. 7.Ensures execution of field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
