I have been in the banking and financial sector for over 25 years, with deep expertise in corporate banking – from SMEs to large enterprises – as well as in cash, treasury, and working capital management, venture debt, and growth financing. My passion lies in developing and executing growth initiatives, always aiming to integrate sales strategies, data analytics, and risk assessment approaches. This is complemented by my enthusiasm for leadership and team development. As Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director at fulfin, I am responsible – alongside our Co-Founder – for all initiatives related to the sales lifecycle: lead generation, CAC optimization, conversion improvement, risk management, and execution. In our business, success is not just about topline growth. What do we do at fulfin? Fulfin (a brand of isarlend GmbH) is a Munich-based fintech that has developed an AI & Open Banking-based scoring model – awarded with a seven-figure grant from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and backed by entrepreneurial investors. Together with a white-label banking partner, we provide businesses with fast and seamless access to short-term financing. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs with innovative technology and powerful financing solutions. With that new model we offer financing solutions directly, integrate funding requests from our network, and match qualified applications with the right partners – while traditional brokers often just pass along leads.
