About Peeter Tohver

With an engineering background, I thrive on finding solutions to business problems. Straight and to the point, I’m a doer. Don’t get me wrong, I like to talk, but only when that talk leads to action. Turning a No into a Yes is when I do my best talking. Then I get down to business. I have a CEO mentality. I’ve never wanted to own a company, but I do like running them. I enjoy interacting with the people; the process of forming teams, setting a goal, and then going for it. Quick to understand what people really need and what drives them, I create systems and strategies for helping companies thrive. Creativity and leadership inspire me, along with a competitive spirit that drives me to be at the top of my game in the office as well as in sports such as tennis and gold and my support for Liverpool. At Velström Vallner Tohver (VVT), I and our team have created the country’s first interim management competency hiring agency. We solve hiring problems for companies. We go beyond just matching companies with managers and executive positions. We bring the right interim competency to the right company. The end result? Employers and interim employees that complement each other and maximize one another’s potential. In parallel with my role at VVT, I am the CEO of Wolf Group/OÜ Krimelte, a worldwide expert in construction solutions. Having studied in Prague and speaking Estonian, Russian, English, and Czech; I’m comfortable connecting with people from diverse cultures. Empathy is the driving force.
