I have 25 years as a practicing physical therapist in a variety of settings, having done interim staffing since 1990. In 1991, I founded Physical Enhancement Group, Inc. which offered physical, occupational, and speech therapy services on an interim basis to all types of healthcare providers. The company started in central Missouri and grew to include rural mid-west, Kansas City and St. Louis metropolitan regions. The company grew to include several free standing outpatient therapy clinics, a yoga and pilates rehabilitation studio, and comprehensive rehabilitative services through a division called Enhance Rehabilitation. In 2004, the company split to form PEG Therapists, Inc, focusing on interim therapy staffing. The original goals of the company remains a constant which is to offer superior therapy services while bringing balance and flexibility to staffing.
