About Peggy Ding

In my work leading Accenture Cloud First, Data & AI Business Operations, I translate highly technical business strategies (I’m a technology architect by trade) into operational execution (getting to the make-it-happen) across geographic markets, bringing together ecosystem partner business groups and technology practice domains to drive differentiation and growth. I bring planning and execution together to enable organizational strategy, growth priorities, offerings and investments, and manage the operations of the Accenture Cloud First, Data & AI business coordinating with corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and Legal. With over 25 years of experience working in a global Technology Services company, I’ve invested my career in responding to the changes in the technology market to grow and operate client service businesses. Prior to my current role, I served as the Director of Operations for Accenture Technology-NA. Throughout my career, my strength has been in recognizing the technology specific opportunity and making sure the space between what is promised and what is delivered is intentionally supported with the depth and breadth of Accenture resources and an understanding that enables success. My husband Tommy and I have two children: Connor and Morgan. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and trail running in Snowmass, CO; attending football games at my kids’ colleges; and supporting my husband's rodeoing in the summers.
