Joining with William Raveis has been one of the best "moves" I have made over my 15 years in Real Estate. My focus has always been on being an educated agent. The practice of Real Estate is complex and uses all the tools in your toolbox. That has made me want to keep attending educational and networking opportunities of all types and has introduced me to so many great agents over the years. Since becoming Sales Manager of our Hingham office, I have been able to share many of the valuable insights that I have gotten from on the ground training through transactions. This allows me to contribute to my team of agents and listen to their issues and offer some thoughts on ways to handle them best. I have found a home with these top professionals and am always looking to add one more agent that would fit with our office culture.
