I’m an award-winning Communications and Marketing expert with a strong record of success leading advocacy, fundraising and public relations campaigns in the Detroit metro area, Great Lakes Region, world-renowned Rodeo Drive and beyond. Some of my key career accomplishment thus far include: Achieving federal, state, and local recognition for a national campaign that helped reduce gun violence in the Eastern District of Michigan, specifically in Detroit. Successfully raising over $3M in cash for crime prevention and neighborhood safety. Developing a proactive campaign and series of negotiations resulting in a new record for the number of fugitives turning themselves in during Fugitive Safe Surrender Detroit and Wayne County. Serving as Elected City Commissioner - Royal Oak, MI 2011 – 2015 Authoring two best practices in marketing for Starbucks Coffee Company: 1) New Store Opening in Detroit 2) Under-performing store growth in Upstate New York. Leading an international marketing campaign that helped a luxury shopping destination grow from 70% to 100% occupied during a recession. Becoming a Michigan Supreme Court Approved Mediator facilitating challenging organizational, group and individual disputes to resolution.
