About Peggy Hansson

I am an experienced HR professional. I want to make a difference and help the company reach it's targets. I believe in continues development and involvement of the employees. Every company need inspired employees that are eager to develop at all time, both them self and their work. Engagement is key to achieve great performance. Change is on going, implementation of new tools/ways of working need to be well managed and taking place all the time. Activities need to have a clear target that is inline with both the employees interest (to stay motivated) and the company strategy so that we can reach our goals. I like to see change taking place among our employees. I have broad experience from HR. I have worked with all areas in the HR field, my passion is in the development and talent management side. HR issues is always about communication and co-operation. Specialties: I have developed e-learning solutions for different target groups, development programs for experts, middle management as well as top executives, Talent Management, Induction, Development Discussions, Recruitment, Job Architecture and IPE grading and Brand work. Also worked a lot with different HR IT-systems and implemented an LMS as well as new development discussions and recruitment tools.
