I have been with Hagerstown Regional Airport since April of 2013, having been promoted to their Airline Station Leader in September, 2014. I oversee the Allegiant Airline operation out of our airport. I have the utmost respect for our customers. Our society has proven that in today's world, customers unfortunately do not come first. I've changed that with Hagerstown Regional. I created my slogan of "You arrive as customers, you leave as family". I train our staff using the age old statement,"treat them as you would want to be treated". Putting our safety and security first, just above our customers, it gives us the opportunity to keep our customers from harm along with providing the best customer service as possible. It gives me great pleasure to help a daughter get to her destination to spend time with a sick family member, to help a family begin a vacation they have worked for all year long, to help any and all who are in need, to answer questions that they may not be able to obtain the answers elsewhere.
