Peggy Steele is a senior sales professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting and technology, specializing in Canadian public sector. Currently at Accenture, she is the Federal Sales Team Lead and is focused on driving Federal growth as well as the following accounts: DND/CAF; Shared Services Canada; and Public Services and Procurement Canada. Ms. Steele has also worked for global firms like EY, Deloitte, American Management Systems, and CGI. Her experience highlights include: • Sales, Capture, and Proposal Management – Ms. Steele is experienced in designing and leading world-class sales capture and proposal centres, as well as industry / market research and strategy programs. She is also experienced in planning, managing, writing, and reviewing large, complex proposals, generating over $900M in contract wins. • Procurement Advisory – Ms. Steele is experienced in procurement strategy and operations on the buyer and supplier sides.
