My focus in business and technical program and project management (PMP, SAFe, CSM), skills and performance (learning) enablement, and technical communications position me for success when leading teams and initiatives at the junction of IT, business, and transformation. I have project managed and/or scrum mastered Transformation and IT projects (incl. AI/ML) globally for IBM and clients. Whether it's software enhancements, platform migrations, organizational change, skills and performance programs (multi-modal learning and LMSs), or philanthropic programs, I deliver. In addition as a technical writer, I've produced federal and state compliance documentation and permitting for heavy industry, software documentation, and executive level corporate communications and position papers. As a volunteer editor, I've assisted many researchers and technologists publish - as well as craft winning award and promotion packages. As a project manager known for tackling emerging technology, I've led AI-ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, NLP, Process Automation, Conversation Design, and Generative projects. I am PMI PMP certified, Certified Agile Scrum Master, Certified Behavioral Interview Trainer, Certified Pragmatic Product Owner, Certified Design Thinking Practitioner, Trainer, and Coach.(29 IBM Credentials) I've received more than 35 awards, and I was ranked as a top performer among the top 1% of learners in the company multiple years running.
