About Peiru Teo

I didn’t set out to build an AI company. I was led here by hard-earned lessons and gaps no one else was solving. Earlier in my career, I worked on over $4B in high-stakes financial projects across banking and private equity, where I learned the difference between executing work and owning outcomes. That’s what pushed me into entrepreneurship. At 26, I acquired a struggling weddings business with $1M in debt. With no cash flow and no team, I rebuilt it from the ground up, automating operations, training staff, and turning it into a market leader before a successful exit in 2019. Today, I’m the CEO and co-founder of KeyReply, where we build AI agents and orchestration systems for leading hospitals, insurers, and government organizations. We operate across Southeast Asia and Australia—and are now expanding to the U.S. Our goal is not to replace people but to remove the administrative burden that holds them back.
