I am a Senior Logistics Manager at 3stepIT, a global IT lifecycle management company that helps organizations manage their IT assets in a sustainable and cost-effective way. I am also responsible for the logistics activities across the 3stepIT Group and the Joint Venture of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, a leading provider of technology leasing solutions. With 20 years of logistics experience in large international corporations, I have a strong background in project management, procurement, category management, supplier relationship management, and tender management. As a logistics leader, I develop and implement logistics strategies and concepts for complex global initiatives within matrix organizations, spanning manufacturing and shipping sectors. I leverage international experience and my excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with global partners and stakeholders, and to deliver customer-centric and value-added solutions. I am passionate about tackling new challenges and diversifying my expertise across different industries, while ensuring sustainability and excellence in my logistics operations. I lead a team of five logistics professionals who support me in achieving these goals and in driving continuous improvement and innovation.
