About Pendrianto K.

I am a research assistant with more than 14 years of experience in biology molecular lab activity. My role starts with routine activity to maintain and prep all needs for animal cell culture (normal and cancer cell line) including but not limited to thawing, seeding, harvesting, plating, and cryopreservation but also complete media preparation and autoclaving consumables. Screening on crude extract from plants to check their activity on cell lines such as viability assay, cytotoxicity assay, and cellular mechanisms through ELISA and western-blot method. Besides that, I used to run DNA isolation, DNA quantification, and purity measurement, PCR, and continue with Sanger sequencing to check genetic variation (SNP) in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients compared with normal patients to see the potential biomarker of susceptibility to CRC. I am also a halal auditor, and Head of Halal Assurance System at LPH-YARSI (Halal Assessment Body) since 2018. Started at June 2024, I became a junior internal auditor for QMS ISO/IEC 9001:2015. I started in October 2024 as an HSE manager at LPTUY, drafting quality system, and SOP documents and preparations for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 implementation at LPTUY.
