I've managed several millions of dollars for the non-profit and managed budgeting as well as the financial aspect of asking for budget increases (4 budgets were increased by the government over a 2 year period). The construction company was set up in QBO and needed one year's worth of cleanup. The service company is doing well and maintaining steady cash flow despite the pandemic I have over 25 years of experience with 700 + projects. I specialize in cash management, budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting. I am partnered with DryRun and utilize their reporting software on behalf of my clients.
