I have worked in the property industry for the last 20 years with experience in sales trust myob & boom & excel packages, property sales, property management (residential, retail & commercial) and worked in body corporate management. I have consistently proven my self in all these roles producing very positive results being very strong with sales and retainment and growth of rent roles and specific outcomes with satisfied clients and stakeholders. My responsibilities in my previous positions have been extensive and varied including commercial & retail property management head lease administration, complete financial management/budgeting and reporting, chairing of contractor and site meetings and assessment and preparation of insurance claims. I have taken on project management responsibilities in managing stakeholder relationships, expectations and requirements and programming works, shop fit outs. I have also performed site management/foreman roles managing various work faces and trades as well as site engineer roles including reviewing methodology and design and managing OH & S, quality and environmental processes. In sales I have been very successful due to my professionalism as I build a very good relationships with my clients selling many high profile properties and continue on going relationships with this clients, preparing sale contracts and liaising with the legal team. I am a driven, enthusiastic and organised person. I have very accomplished written and verbal communication skills enabling and complementing very strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
