I bring diverse experience to any position, I have worked in Alternative Medicine, in Retail and Hospitality as well as the Medical field in a Psych Hospital and in Nursing Homes. In North Carolina and in Konstanz, Germany I worked as a Research Assistant where I wrote newsletters for nursing homes. edited dissertations and interviewed people for research studies. When I relocated to Atlanta, I learned facilitation through volunteering with the Alternatives to Violence Project. I facilitated in the community, in jails and through the Quaker Meeting. I am skilled in training employees, conflict management, creating policy and integrating new technology into systems. I like learning new systems, running an office, administrative work and planning. I am so happy to be working for such an excellent non-profit organization, Second Wind Dreams.
