I am 33 years old and was out of the work industry for a long time, once I got back in I just wanted to do better. I worked for an aftermarket where it did present itself as a challenge, that job taught me a lot of life lessons. Once I knew what to do, in my first year I was promoted to Senior warehouse associate. I took my title very serious and did everything I could to prove I was a great asset to the company. I worked for that company for 3 years, and had moved to being contracted for Subaru, this job has a lot more self motivation and time management. I strive to become an asset to this company despite the struggles faced. I went back to college and am currently working towards my degree to help people in this world. I'm always trying to fix others, and I figure why not make that into a career. I love to help others, and I love to make their day. Always be kind, always be motivated, and don't stop until you get there.
