I’m a healthcare executive and systems strategist with over 15 years of experience leading organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural renewal. My work spans clinical operations, HR strategy, public advocacy, and entrepreneurial ventures—always grounded in the belief that health systems should be equitable, effective, and human-centered. As the Founder of the Fertility Coalition of BC (FCBC), I’ve led cross-sector advocacy efforts to improve access to fertility care, contributing to BC’s historic decision to publicly fund IVF. This work, rooted in policy research, strategic partnerships, and lived experience, reflects my commitment to advancing care models that serve people, not just systems. In past executive roles, I’ve rebuilt organizational culture, redesigned compensation structures, introduced scalable operational systems, and launched new programs from the ground up. Whether expanding clinical footprints or developing new service lines, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and purpose.
