About Penny Harrison

Penny is one of three partners within Communicate Consultants. Established over 30 years ago, Communicate has significant experience in what contributes to effective communication and leadership development within the New Zealand environment. Working extensively across private and public organisations, Penny presents and facilitates on a broad range of topics/issues and challenges related to verbal communication and developing as a leader. Examples include - presentation skills, facilitation, negotiation/conflict resolution, influencing, presence, relationship management/networking, coaching and leading others. Clients also regularly seek out her facilitation skills to run planning and strategy or team workshops. Penny brings over 25 years experience as a facilitator and coach. This experience has been gained through her work with Communicate and corporate leadership roles within Banking & Financial Services and eight years as a General Manager of two medium sized businesses. Penny receives regular feedback on her ability to deliver an enthusiastic and practical programme, with an emphasis on practicing what she preaches.
