I have a wealth of experience in the Beauty & Spa sector. Trained to Level 3 NVQ, I had my own beauty business for 10 years, and helped launch the Spa in one of London’s most high profile hair dressing brands as acting Floor and Spa Manager. As part of my role, I help position the Spa brand within the marketplace, introduced a new product line, and managed the marketing strategy and helped design the Spa and Visual Merchandising areas for the brand. I have a number of year’s experience of injectables, performing initial consultations and then assisting the Doctors with treatments. I am commercially astute, have excellent client facing, networking and communication skills, and utilise my interpersonal skills to manage people and departments within a pressurised environment. Key Achievements: • Founded and managed my own successful Beauty business. • Managed Salon Floor of over 100 staff within well known Hair Salon in Mayfair, London • Helped launch and manage MediSpa for the same Hair Salon in Mayfair, London • Managed additional MediSpa in Knightsbridge for the same brand • Became the Brand Ambassador for all services of the Salon & MediSpa businesses. • Meeting and greeting of Celebrity VIP’s, Royalty and General Public • Carried out full one to one beauty consultations and made recommendations • Experience of Cosmetic Injectables, through assisting and working with Injectable Doctors • Gained extensive knowledge of skincare and beauty products • Comfortable managing staff and all aspects of HR • Introduced and wrote monthly beauty blog for MediSpa Brand • Liaised with journalists and editors of weekly/monthly magazines providing regular quotes • Performed in a live one to one radio interview debating beauty treatments • Carried out personal one to one consultations with clients and writing a 6/12 month treatment plans and product recommendations.
