An honours graduate of the Medical Transcription diploma program at triOS College with proven experience in transcribing, IME, research, medical terminology, and editing. Honoured to be the Valedictorian for the graduating classes and winner of the Outstanding Student Achievement Award in the faculty of Healthcare. With my Medical Transcription diploma and over 20 years’ experience in retail management, customer service, program development, and teaching American Sign Language, I have found that the healthcare industry is constantly evolving and changing, making it a wonderful environment to learn something new every day.
