I'm a highly organised, enthusiastic, detail orientated person, that is well regarded for my exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record in business, entreprenership and social repsonsibility. I am very proud to have crafted a niche in the realm of Specialty Coffee in Brisbane and beyond, having created three very distinct retail brands in the tea and retail coffee sector - Dandelion & Driftwood, Queen of Pops, and Big Bad Wolff Espresso Bar. My business acumen is backed further through the growth of Wolff Coffee Roasters, where I have gained a strong understanding of business operations with transferable knowledge in marketing, financials, customer experience, culture and having the ability to formulate strategies, take risks, make decisions, innovate, plan with confidence and execute. Focusing heavily on leadership through coaching and mentoring, I also enjoy collaborating on philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, branding and design. I am a community focused individual who thrives working in an inclusive workplace, where relationships are valued and a genuine sense of belonging and community is promoted. Furthermore as a people person and enabler, I have a genuine drive for helping others through listening, kindness, giving, fundraising and philanthropy. Fostering powerful social change by working with like minded leaders in their respective fields brings me great joy.
