My role focuses on driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and commercial excellence through data-driven insights, scalable processes, and global collaboration. I oversee all aspects of sales operations—including GTM strategy, segmentation, sales process design, enablement, forecasting, CRM governance, and KPI performance management. I also lead global pricing strategy, designing frameworks that align revenue growth with margin goals while adapting to market dynamics, competitive pressures, and local cost structures. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams, I ensure we close business efficiently, empower sales teams, and support sustained growth. I lead a global team of operations leaders, analysts, and enablement specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement in a highly matrixed environment.
