Throughout my years of working with team and operations management, as well as sales and customer service I have strengthened transferable skills such as, effective communication and problem-solving skills both of which I find to be relevant in all job aspects. Some other qualities of mine include my ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, that work very well on my own initiative and that I'm a fast learner. I have a Bachelor's Degree focused in Psychology and Human Resources. Throughout my studies I gained a solid understanding of organisational structures and the importance of the wellbeing of those who work within those structures.
