About Pepper Joulwan

As a Rental Support Coordinator for Consumer Rental at Penske Truck Leasing, I apply my customer service and technical skills to assist Penske location associates and customers with their rental needs. In addition to taking on daily tasks, I also onboard new members in this role through a 2-week training program. I have been working in this role for 2.5+ years, and training new members for over one year. I enjoy finding solutions to make the rental experience easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved. Before joining Penske, I obtained my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate and worked as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher at Skola Limetka Kindergarten, where I taught English to children aged 2-6 years. In this role, I was responsible for organizing the daily schedule, creating lesson plans and games, and ensuring that every child was engaged in their learning. I bring diverse perspectives and ideas to the team at Penske, thanks to my previous experience. Since joining the organization, my greatest strength has been my motivation to learn new skills and technologies, and then educate others. I always look forward to learning something new that can help me improve myself and the people I work with.
