About Per-Anders Goransson

With more than 30 years of experience from the Pulp and Paper Industry. I have a broad knowledge and have been working in most parts of the world (Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and Africa), and for almost all assignments I have been living abroad for longer periods (> 1year). I have been acting as Site Project Manager and Site Manager for major EPCM/ EPC Pulp and Paper projects, always on the supplier side. Important projects for me has been the: • Mondi RB-720 Fibreline (2003-2005) to Mondi in South Africa, a project where we managed more than construction hours without any LTI’s. • The ALTRI Celbi Fibreline upgrade (2008) in Portugal, where the production capacity was doubled in an existing building. I am specialized in staff management, site preparations, site planning, site budget and construction detailed planning with focus on constructability. I have been responsible and the issuer of inquiry documents for construction contracts with subcontractors, both on lumpsum price basis contracts and T&M basis contracts. For the last decade I have been working with Aftermarkets and field service.
