About Per Antonsson

I can imagine many different roles and industries if I could freely choose my tasks. I thrive both as a leader or a specialist, depending entirely on the content of the role. What is important to me is that there is some form of challenge that excites me. It could be turning around a negative trend of some kind or perhaps a new establishment. An organization facing the next step in a development phase is also very appealing. A job with far too high a proportion of routine work is not for me. Another important aspect for me is the people in the environment and that it is a "healthy" organization with sensible values and culture. Who am I? I like to spend my free time in nature, preferably with a fly rod. Every summer, I spend a week in Lapland for hiking and fishing. I have also been on some fishing trips to exciting places, Russia and New Zealand to mention two. I also have a strong humanistic streak, enjoying reading books, going to the cinema, and occasionally attending theater or opera. I like to cook, preferably something I have caught myself, with a good wine to accompany it. I try to keep in shape, my way is to regularly attend gym classes. We are four persons in our family, my wife, my grown-up daughter, and my son.
