About Per Eriksson

I enjoy leading groups in challenging environments, from off-grid alpine environments to a rapidly expanding scientific landscape. I always strive for giving my group members the best possible experience and growth opportunities and I strongly believe that the best leader should be the others' servant. With a major in biotechnology I have a broad knowledge of the interface of biology/chemistry/medicine. During my PhD studies I have gained detailed knowledge in glycobiology with focus on avian influenza virus. Additionally, I have a decade experience of teaching at university level and pedagogy and didactics are close to my heart. I love to share knowledge with others and get fulfilment from serving our customers and solving their issues, as well as supporting my colleagues and making sure that every coworker have the best possible opportunity for a successful day at work. Besides my profession I have wide interests in international relations, business, politics, history, music, birds, photography and outdoors sports.
