Passionate in group leadership and to coach teams to grow their skills and working together towards mutual goals. Good analytical skills and proven to succesfully drive change projects to implement new ways of working. Continuous Improvement and being solution oriented is the red path in my career. I have worked in various industries such as Finance, Retail, IT Consulting, Clinical Trials, Software Product companies, Telecom as well as aerospace. 4 years of experience from working abroad in Germany. The most recent years I have developed particular strengths in Agile Release Management, Program leadership and ITIL. Recently I became a certified SAFe 4 agilist.
